To implement the requirements of the curriculum reform, the content of the junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law" textbook has been adjusted, and a series of activity columns including "Exploration and Sharing" have been set up. In teaching practice, some teachers still have problems such as insufficient understanding of the columns, poor optimization of column content, insufficiently rich column activities, and incomplete column evaluations. In response to the above issues, to bring out its educational value, it is necessary to construct a systematic teaching strategy: deeply explore the value connotation to anchor the starting point, focus on content processing to gather the support points, expand the activity dimension to lock in the entry point, optimize the evaluation system to stabilize the foothold, so as to assist in the cultivation of students' core literacy.
