The Enlightenment of Japanese Enterprise Human Resource Management Mode to Chinese Enterprises

This paper aims to explore the enlightenment of the human resource management model of Japanese enterprises to Chinese enterprises. First, the overview and characteristics of human resource management of Japanese enterprises are introduced, including staff training and development, inheritance of corporate culture and values, performance management, employee incentive mechanism, talent introduction and retention, and adjustment of corporate organizational structure, etc. Then, through the case analysis, this paper deeply discusses the successful case of a Japanese enterprise in China and the reform practice of a Chinese enterprise. Finally, the paper summarizes the experience of human resource management for Chinese enterprises, and puts forward the prospect of future research.
