Current Situation and Countermeasures of Human Resource Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

This paper conducts an in-depth research and analysis on the current situation and problems of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Firstly, by sorting out the current situation of human resource management in SMEs, it is found that there are certain problems in human resource structure, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and labor relations. Secondly, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures from the aspects of formulating reasonable human resource planning, perfecting talent cultivation and incentive mechanism, improving employees' welfare and satisfaction, strengthening informationization construction and enhancing the awareness of laws and regulations.
