Analysis of Factors Influencing College Students' Online Learning Satisfaction

The rise of the "Internet + Education" model marks the entry of online learning into a phase of rapid development. The establishment of online learning platforms like MOOC, Coursera, and Udemy has led to the widespread application of blended learning on campuses. As the understanding of education deepens, the mere application of technology is no longer the sole criterion for measuring educational quality. Learner satisfaction, as a "learner-centered" evaluation method, is gradually becoming a key factor in assessing educational quality. Therefore, this study aims to analyze, from the learners' perspective, the various factors affecting their online learning satisfaction and explore how these factors interact to collectively influence the learning experience. By systematically analyzing these internal mechanisms, the study seeks to promote the continuous development and optimization of online learning.
