Abstract

In view of the current problems of industry-education integration in financial and economic colleges, such as low levels of cooperation, insufficient student awareness, weak service capabilities, and incomplete quality assurance systems, this paper explores the innovative mechanism of industry-education integration in financial and economic colleges. First, based on a static perspective and adopting the ideas of Checkland’s soft system methodology, a theoretical model of the innovation mode of industry-education integration in financial and economic colleges is constructed from the five elements of ‘concept-institution-subject-activity-physics’. Second, from a dynamic perspective, this paper focuses on the operational mechanism of industry-education integration in financial and economic colleges, and studies the complete process of its implementation and dynamic evolution from four aspects: formation mechanism, organizational mechanism, behavioral mechanism, and evaluation mechanism. An analytical framework for industry-education integration in financial and economic colleges is proposed, which provides a reference for the industry-education integration cultivation of compound economic and management talents in financial and economic colleges.
