Abstract

Under the framework of core literacy, English teaching emphasizes the simultaneous improvement of students’ reading and writing abilities. How to integrate reading and writing in teaching and optimize continuation writing strategies has become an important issue for teachers. This paper explores strategies for continuation writing teaching in high school English under the new curriculum standards, aiming to provide valuable references for improving the quality of English teaching and promoting the development of students’ comprehensive language skills.
